When: Tuesdays Feb 1-22, 2022 from 7:30-9 pm Central time
Where: Online via Zoom
This meeting is led by a certified mindfulness teacher, highly experiential, and meant for absolute beginners. Participants attend four 90-minute classes introducing the fundamentals of mindfulness, an introduction to many of the formal and informal practices, and suggestions for starting and maintaining a practice. A “pay what you can” option is available for people experiencing significant financial hardship.
